I agree with Jessi...It's best that you embrace your texture and work with it than try to force it to do what it won't do naturally. Would you be willing to try more "curly" styles? Maybe setting your hair with rods instead of straightening it?
If the food wasn't to your liking, you have the right to say something. You were spending your hard earned cash on their food. I don't think you asking a larger portion of Mac N Cheese would have ruined the party. :)
How rude! I would have said something. I would have told my husband to tell them that they have overstepped their boundaries. They were taking advantage of your kindness and that's not cool.
Take it slow. You will have to ween yourself off of junk food so you won't binge whenever you get a craving. To do this allow yourself to have one serving of whatever you like at the end of the week. You really don't need to join any clubs or participate in any outrageous diets. Just buy raw...
I usually get my worldly and political news from Yahoo, the Huffington Post, and CNN. I get my local news from the AJC and celebrity gossip from small name blogs.
I don't usually sanitize my toothbrushes. I just throw them in the garbage whenever they get old and buy a new one. Sanitizing them in mouthwash seems to be more economical.
I knew Tea Tree oil was an ideal repellent against lice, but I never knew it could repel all those other critters. I reside in the south which is a known mosquito haven! I will definitely try this out, thanks. :)
I've heard of green tea for weight loss. I started drinking green tea often and seen the results. It seems to help shrink belly fat (that's been my personal experience).
Staying hydrated is a must. Eat natural foods, fruits, vegetables, and foods high in Omega 3. Use natural skin products (grape seed oil, olive oil, shea butter, witch hazel, etc) instead of using synthetic products. Get plenty of beauty rest!
I use grape seed oil to cook with as well as on my skin and hair. Because it has a high heat tolerance I use it as a heat protectant whenever I flat iron my hair.
