    Organic chocolate

I'm on board with anything thing that keeps harmful pesticides out of our bodies. I love chocolate so this is a plus for me. I've tasted some and I think it is better than the regular kind. Some of it can bea little pricey but that's another plus for me; I won't indulge as much!

    Learned a sinus trick

That sounds like a great idea especially since I suffer from chronic sinus problems. I'm using the Neti Pot but I'm still waiting for some better results. In the meantime I make myself some homemade nose spray to help. I'll be adding this new idea to the list. Thank you!

What are the best herbs to help with depression or anxiety?

I have heard that herbs like St. John's Wort, licorice(did I spell that right?), ginkgo, clove, sage, basil, Rosemary, and ginger helps. I know there are more out there. I bought a herb book at natural health food store and it has so much info.

    Losing weight finally!

That's great! The App sounds awesome and now that I have a real honest review to base it on, I will definitely trying it out. It sounds like it really motivates you to stay on track and that's what I need the most. Congrats and I wish you continued success!

    TV & Screen Time

I think it has a lot to do with the types and amount of advertising done and even some of the types of shows out there. In one hour of watching television, I learned that I didn't have the right make up, shop at the right grocery stores, have enough toys for my kids, have enough car insurance...

    Too pretty to be sick!

I hope you feel better! Being sick is bad enough but having children around while being sick is the worst. Maybe the fresh air will do you some good!

    Homemade Tinctures

I saw some tinctures at Walmart, believe it or not, but I don't know if I would be comfortable purchasing them from there. Does anybody here have a lot of experience making them? Also, how effective are they? Anyone want to share recipes?

    Homemade summer toner

This sounds good! I would use this especially during that time of the month where I would experience breakouts. I would follow up with a light oil for moisturizing. Thank you for sharing!

    Making your own beauty products

I love making this kind of stuff. I have had better results than when I was spending lots of money on products that did not give me nearly the results I get with homemade stuff. The fun part about it is that it does not take long to make and you can come up with all sorts of recipes.

Which parts do you never wash?

I wash everything but my face. I use the Oil Cleansing Method for my face and that is usually done in front of my sink and mirror. I don't like slipping and sliding in the tub. When I need to do a sugar or sea salt body scrub, I take a nice long hot bath. I noticed recently that I have to be...

    Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe Vera juice is supposed to be good for you. I read that it aids digestion, detoxifies, and helps with circulation. It's also get for skin and hair. Personally, I'm not too crazy about the taste but it's worth a try.

Honey and olive oil hair conditioner

I've tried this before and it does work very well. The oil helps "wash" sticky ingredients out. Honey is a humectant and it does wonders for the hair. I would use the organic kind of honey and try sweet almond oil if you are concerned with the heaviness of olive oil.

    Shedding hair

I went through that hair shedding phase as well. You may want to get a check up or try carrot oil/cream for your hair. I am not saying that that will definitely help your situation but it's what helped me. It may help.

    White vinegar

I have never heard of this and like others, I don't see the point. I use organic apple cider vinegar for lots of personal care and household reasons but never white vinegar.

    Pap Avoidance

I don't think anyone is particularly enamored with the dreaded pap smear. My Dr often jokes that the stirrups are my friend...I tend to disagree. I wish that paps could be done after ALL other tests have been done first but I begrudgingly understand their importance.

    Avocado Carrot Cream Mask

This sounds like it would be great as a deep conditioner for hair as well. Thank you for sharing! I love homemade beauty stuff.
