Sick of it yet?

I'm sick of the commercials and I'm starting to get junk mail too. It's about time that The View will start having their Elisabeth/Republican vs. Everyone else fights. They get boring quick.

From an across the border perspective, the scary part is with the amount of socialist or "he did nothing" hate Obama's getting, Romney actually seems to have a chance at being elected. I'm hardly a fan of our political system either, but your two party one just makes me cringe every other election.

Ron Paul 2012!
I would have agreed with Ron Paul, but considering some of the things I've found out about him not so much now. That said if Romney really had a chance, the Republicans would be bringing back all this Jim Ctow nonsense. They're purging voting lists of "illegal aliens" that have actually been naturalized ages ago and making folks jump through several kinds of hoops to get their licenses (a birth certificate, your SS card, two utility bills, and 25 bucks) while allowing things like gun licenses and id cards from "white" schools be used. You can't use a id card from a HBC. It is all really quite racist, but that's America.

I am not really too sick of it. When Scott Walker was being recalled, I got sick of it. However, now that we are in the process of choosing a President, I am all for the campaigning in order to find someone who is right for our country. The more time it takes, the better chance we have at people becoming well educated.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Ron Paul the one who wanted to liquidate the US dollar and revert to using gold for everything?

Ron Paul I don't trust at all. He consciously courts racist voters and has no shame in doing it. His remarks about how he opposed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was nothing more than a nod and a wink to that voter base. His reluctance to own up to those emails was another example. And the crap that comes out of his son's mouth about minorities and gay people I guess shouldn't be a surprise either.

Republican voters aren't going to be swayed into voting for a Libertarian. Libertarians are trying to chum up with liberals to syphon the votes away from Democrats to give Romney a win.

Not really surprised, because he's a permenant rider on the crazy train. Of course, that would be impossible, but logic - who needs it?

I am sick of it. I work for the post office so I see the flyer's all day everyday. My boss reminds us its revenue for us and frankly we need it right now but its still a pain. Then I get home and the phone starts ringing and they want to ask you questions. I have AT&T and it has caller ID that pops up on your TV screen. My husband will yell out either political or 1800 so we all know not to pick up the phone. They are persistent though, sometimes they will call 3 times in a row. I think they know people don't pick up.

I like to go online and read what each candidate has done and what they "promise" to do at my leisure when my mind is open to it. It just drives me crazy when they push with all the calls and flyer's.

I am sick and tired of it all myself and try to stay busy on the computer when I can and don't even listen to that crap. Do like I do when the phone rings, if you don't know the number, don't answer. I haven't gotten any mailings yet and when I do they go straight to the garbage never to be seem again.

The Political Adverts aren't that bad. But when you have not subscribed to these things and then they mail you more than once a day, you finally become bored. Now here is where the word sick of applies!

Anyone see Romney's running mate? Paul from Wisconsin. He is a hottie! I wonder if that is why Romney selected him. He is 42 years old. I watched them both this morning. I have to say its the first time I didn't turn the TV when politics were on.

Is he stupid? Something tells me Paul is the new Sara Palin and I have no problem with that. Goodness knows that Palin's idiocy did quite a lot to keep McCain out of office.

Personally, I am fed up with it all. I hate Presidential election year. I already know who I'm voting for and I do not need a constant reminder to donate or vote for me.
