Acupunture for back pain I had a friend whose husband went to an acupuncturist after trying everything else for his back pain. I'm not not sure precisely what the problem was, but he swears by his acupuncturist these days. His pain is significantly less.

I know when my skin gets really dry, it itches so much I sometimes break out in a rash on my back. That's when I pull out the Nivea oil and use a little in my bath to get the areas I can't reach. It does help me.

I've always used rose hip, with steam, whether it's been in a bath, a steam closet or over a pan of hot water. It really does leave me feeling cleaner than with a normal hot shower or bath.

I read recently that it's okay to put toothbrushes in the dishwasher, although I've never done so. Toothbrushes are so inexpensive that I just replace them. I just purchased a new Phillips electric toothbrush, so I guess that will change the game plan.
