    My yoga teacher highly recommend this. During the fasting, you take nothing other than water or lemon water. If coconut water was available, you could take it as well. Interested to try?

    Yoga and exercises

    My yoga teacher told me that yoga and another powerful exercise are complement to each other. Yoga cannot substitute powerful exercises and vice versa. So for improving and maintaining your health, you need to do both yoga and some other exercises.

    I can hardly bear the pain

    I am OK with getting injured in a car or motorcycle accident, but I can hardly bear the pain when they start treating my wounds with all those burning antiseptics and the other stuff. Do you have to be taken to hospital if you get injured in an accident?

    Valentine's Day is the day for celebrating love, and love is for everybody regardless of his/her sex, right? But why are Valentine's Day and love always associated with the color pink? I think pink is a bit feminine. :)

    A yoga practitioner usually do Sun Salutation during his yoga session. It combines some yoga postures in such a way that it stretches most of your muscles and exercises your entire body.

    I didn't know that ladyfingers (not the biscuit) have many health benefits. They help with problems related to blood pressure. Ladyfingers are also a good source of protein and vitamin D.

    I remember that after playing in Basic Instinct, Michael Douglas admitted publicly that he was addicted to sex (or sexaholic?). Is there such thing as sexual addiction?

    Reading spiritual books

    You don't need to be a spiritualist to read spiritual books. You can be religious or even atheistic to get the benefits of the books. All you need to have is an open mind. At least that's what I have experienced. :)
