Yard sale madness

My mom and I have decided to have a yard sale this weekend, and it better do well because it has been a pain to set up. This whole week I have been gathering and sorting and dropping stuff off. I am going to be so disappointed if we make $10 or something after all of this work!

Good luck! I hate to have yard sales. I would rather give it away than to have to deal with all of that nonsense. By the time I get everything set up it's not worth the amount of money I make.

The worst part is that you have to pay so much to the newspaper for the ad. Our paper charges about $25 just to list a yard sale. That's a big chunk out of your profit.

I found listing it with craigslist works much better then the newspaper. Not sure if it varies from area to area though.
