Types of toxins

I recently read that our bodies are exposed to thousands of toxins that weren't around in our grandparents' day. We breathe them, swim in them, ingest them in food and drink, smell them and even sleep in them when we got to bed. What types of toxins do you worry about most as you go through your day?

Well since they seem to be all around us and we don't even know it most of the time, I just try not to think to much about it. It kind of gives you the creeps when you do. :eek:

I think just keeping a healthy diet with whole grains, nuts, beans, vegetables, and fruits should be enough to guard against toxins in the body. I also drink a lot of water and detox tea. Since there are so many toxins, I think worrying about just one is futile.

I think it's counter-productive to worry about toxins, especially in places where I have no control. I try to make sure that my home is as free of toxins as possible though.
