Hello ladies!

I think I'm not alone in here who experience minor pains during 1st day of your monthly period. Honestly, it's not easy to work if you're not feeling well. If you have ideas on how to of stop this problem of mine, please share.

Other than over the counter drugs, you need to find an anti-spasmodic. Blue cohosh is good as it is supposed to strengthen the uterus and dong quai is supposed to level off the hormones.

Silverveil is right, Black Cohash is pretty good at helping. I used to take Motrin at that time of the month, then at night I would sleep on a heating pad turned to low.

Using a heating pad and staying well hydrated seems to help ease off some of my cramping. I haven't tried the Cohash before but I will be looking out for it.
