Smaller meals?

I read in another forum that it's advisable to eat smaller yet more frequent meals than eating heavy meals. The best part is that you can (healthily) snack and stay in good shape.

Yeah, the reason you should eat smaller meals is because your body can cope with the volume easier. In the end what this does is speed up your metabolism so your energy level stays up and your weight stays under check.
