Sleeping Problem

I got this tip from an email and it has worked for me long before I got this tip. When I was young, my mother used to place sweet-smelling flowers in the bedroom before we go to sleep.

Aromatherapy:

When you're drowsy but tense, massage a small amount of aromatherapeutic oil
such as lavender or chamomile into the back of your neck and shoulders (and
inhale deeply) before going to bed. You don't have to stick to the usual
scents, any fragrance that makes you feel good can do the trick.

It is amazing to understand the effect that smells can have on our body. If we smell something bad it can make us want to be sick physically but the opposite is true. Smelling things that are good can help us feel really good physically.

Actually, although the massage described above is going to add to the effect, since massage is, in itself, relaxing, if there is no one to relax you, two or three drops of a sedating essential oil (lavendula angustifolia, or lavandin var Super are two) on a tissue, tucked inside your pillow case will have the same effect...as will six or eight drops in a warm bath before bed.
