Is there any kind of aromatherapy that is good for your sinuses? I have become more and more sensitive to smells over the years and most scents will give me a sinus headache. Is there any aroma that will help this?
I have terrible allergy/sinus problems and I love cinnamon smells. I don't know what it is about them but they seem to open up my nose and I breathe better. I don't like the smell of vanilla.
