I know that as men get older they can have issues with their prostate health. At what age are you supposed to have your prostate checked for the first time, and how often do you need it checked after that? Are there herbs that promote prostate health?
I am not sure, but I read somewhere that some doctors recommend that men start having their prostate checked at age 40 or 45. On the other hand, the American Cancer Society suggests that men undergo prostrate cancer screening at 50.
