Is it true that Pistachios are considered natural and guilt free snack? These nuts are reported to be rich in antioxidants and cholesterol lowering properties. Will some one throw more light on the subject. Thanks in advance.
I am not sure they are guilty free, as I have taken out an entire mini bag myself in a sitting. I love these, second only to cashews which I need to be careful about my salt intake so they are on the back burner now.
Pistachios and cashews are my favorite - I could eat them all day long. I think the healthier nuts are almonds, walnuts, etc. I'm sure pistachios can be beneficial, but like anything else, only in moderation.
