Pesto Recipes

What is your favorite pesto recipe? I can't seem to get the taste that I'm looking for when I make it. Restaurant pesto is commercially prepared, I'm sure, but I would like to find a good recipe for homemade.

I don't know... I never use a recipe, haha! I just keep adding spices until it tastes right to me... usually that will be cheese, adobo, oregano, and black pepper... occasionally also nutmeg if I feel like being silly.

I have used this one and I think chopping the ingredients by hand makes a big difference in the taste.
