I have a few spots in the yard where I want to plant some herbs that come back year after year and spread. What are some examples of ones that might make ground cover or that might spread out without my having to do much to them?
I planted two or three varieties of peppermint two years ago in a spot where we had trees taken down. It has come back nicely and spread. I like putting the leaves in ice cubes and freezing them for lemonade and tea during the summer.
