Peaches

With Summertime not too far away, I have been having a craving for a sweet, juicy, yellow peach! Something about peaches say Summertime. I was thrilled when I looked into the nutritional value of peaches and found out that they are high in Potassium, Vitamin A, and a good source of fiber. Peaches are also a good antioxidant and can retard the growth of tumors. All this and tastes great too! :D

Peaches are one of my favorite fruits. I have been craving them a lot lately as well as strawberries. Peaches are much better, because they always seem to last so much longer at my house.

Yum, I love peaches! I find they're kind of hit or miss though. I like when they're pretty soft and sweet, but sometimes a few out of the batch are oddly crunchy. Maybe just unripe? I'm buying myself some peaches. Papaya is great too, helpful with digestion.
