Has anyone ever tried taking passion flower as a supplement before? I just ordered some from Puritan's Pride so I am anxious to see how it works. Supposedly, it is supposed to help promote relaxation and general well-being.
This is a new one to me. I love the flavor of passion fruit juice. Is that from the same plant? Please let us know if you notice a difference after taking this supplement. It would be another great tool in my box.
