Is anyone familiar with freekeh (pronounced free-ka)? I have just come across it, and they say that it's the new superfood. Accordingly, this grain is packed with more protein and fiber than other grains.
I can't say that I have heard of it. Where do you buy it at and is it considered a health food? I guess I will need to go on line to check it out a little more thoroughly.
