How bad is it for a dogs ears to get foxtails in them? Most people I talk to say it's pretty bad, but we give her a bath about every day and concentrate on her ears when we know they're getting in. Is there something else we can do?
As far as I know the only thing you can do is either stay away from them or check your dog every time you bring her back in the house. Do you have them in your yard? Is it possible to keep them cut down?
They are in my yard,yes. I've been keeping them cut down, but every now and then, she comes back in scratching her ears. She must be getting them from somewhere else too.
