Besides eating fish in order to gain the benefits from Omega-3 fatty acids, this supplement can also be found in blueberries, as surprising as that sounds.
Does anyone else know of other foods that supply the Omega-3's?
Thanks so much guys. Fish is not for everyone, so it's good to know that we don't need to eat fish to get Omega-3, and we can get it from blueberries, flaxseed and kiwi. I have a mulberry tree at home. Are mulberries also a source of Omega-3?
Yeah, I am a big fan of flax seed. You can get it in a powder form and then you can add it to everything. It does not have much of a taste so you can really pack it in to your diet. It is great to spike kids diets with too.
