Fake detox

I am getting a ton of spam and just reading the emails (safe from my email filter) to see all of the things people will attempt to use it seems a little scary. It is like the quackery of detox with some of the stuff these places come up with.

Oh, I know! It's hard to know which things are valid and which are not. Even things that may work have people that deny them. It takes research *and* trial and error to find out which work and which don't.

If we could have validity of almost everything it would make life much easier. Heck even now trying to read the warnings for an Rx or the ingredients (and understanding them) for food are crazy. When did we go downhill this much?

everyone is different, what may work for some my not work for all. it's always hit and miss.
