Enough Rest

Did you know that our body will won't function well without enough rest? All the healthy that we are doing are useless if we don't get enough sleep. How many hours do you usually sleep at night? It is recommended that having at least 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep will keep you healthy.

I tried sleeping 6-8 hours a night. I get up in the morning feeling drugged. My best is 5 hours and I have to be physically exhausted to do that. I get best results when I just lay there quietly and let my body recharge those extra hours.

Yes I did know that but I still have horrible times getting good sleep. I can not go to sleep before its dark (without a blindfold) and I can not wake up unless I have had 10hrs of sleep a night. Its very weird.
