Feeling a little down, suffering from the blues or just a little depressed and you are having a hard time shaking those feelings off. Here are some simple techniques that help the not-so-serious cases of depression:

  • Get Active and get out of the house...go cycling, take a walk, read a book at the library.
  • Have A Good Cry...tears are a great release.
  • Try To Pinpoint The Cause, if you know what brought on those feeling, than you will be better able to know what to do next.
  • Do Something Really Boring...now this can be the distraction you need to take your mind off of your problems.
  • Slow Down...these days life is so hectic, all you might need is too get a good rest.

Interesting tips, thanks for sharing. It has been many years since the last time I cried. I am not a sensitive person, mind you, but I did cry when I was watching Forrest Gump. LOL
