Broiled Flounder

We went fishing yesterday and caught a couple of nice big Flounder, which we love. I seasoned them up added a little butter and lemon juice and broiled them last night. They came out really good.

My favorite is grilled salmon with lemon pepper. Glad you enjoyed your catch. Fresh fish are always welcomed at my house. Served up with rice pilaf, it makes a nice dinner.

I once had a trout with a ginger sauce that was fantastic!! It was at a restaurant though and they wouldn't give me the recipe no matter how much I begged! I've been trying to replicate it all these years, but I've nver been able to get it right.

Yum! Fresh-caught fish is so delicious. One time my husband and kids caught a bass. My husband fried it up with cornmeal batter. It was the best fish I've ever eaten.

I normally fry up our fish when we have them. With Flounder though I like them best broiled up with the butter and lemon juice. I bet that bass was really good.
