Basil, blueberry, goat cheese pie

This sounds wierd doesn't it? I watched Diners, Drive Ins and Dives last night with Guy Getty and at one of his stops, this was the dessert of choice. He was skeptical but after he tasted it, he said it was really good. I do hope they will post the recipe on the food network. Did you see this episode?

I did not see the episode. I love the show though. I have to tell you that most of the food Guy eats, I wouldn't put near my mouth. I can't figure out why he isn't 300 pounds with all the food he eats.

That actually sounds really good to me. I better not look up the recipe though. The last thing I need is another rich food to eat.

Basil is one of my favorite herbs. I am partial to blueberry but not really a fan of goat cheese. I am not sure whether I would enjoy having them all together in a single recipe though, but it sounds interesting.
