I actually really enjoy nature sounds, they help me relax.
But, I don't really know where to find good nature songs to play on my ipod. So I listen to inspirational rap, usually quieter songs, to help me fall asleep.
yes, quite a few of them. There are a bunch of plants in my house that are in pretty much the same general area. I would love to get some more house plants if I can get more space cleared for them.
I mainly just watch the men's soccer Olympics. I will watch women's soccer when it is in latter stages.
I hadn't watch any of the Olympics until today, I was bored so I decided I would watch table tennnis and water polo. Water polo was kind of fun to watch cause it's similar to soccer.
That would be a wonderful method for me, but unfortunately whenever I drink warm tea I have to go to the bathroom like 3-4 times, so it is soothing but it keeps me up more going to the bathroom.
Sometimes. Like around holidays, I am look who cares about this nutrition, I am going to eat all kinds of sugar! But usually when I do that I get sick. Generally, I don't worry too much about nutrition, but I should probably worry more about how much protein I get.
I believe it is beneficial to write a new post at least every other day, otherwise people who visit your site will be left wanting content. I recently just started blogging again too, hopefully I can earn some money!
I don't use energy drinks. I don't need them, it will just put a lot of caffeine into me and make me hyper, and then I am pretty sure I would crash right away if I drank an energy drink.
I know there are salves that can be found out your local Whole Foods that help ease the itch.
Thankfully, I haven't been bother much this year by mosquito bites yet.
They usually work quite well for me, however sometimes I feel my problems coming back if I get stressed out about something.
Also, sometimes they don't work because the chiropractor has a lot of patients so can't really spend a lot of time on you.
Thanks for your advice guys. I have tried ice, but not heat yet, I'll see if that work. But getting up and stretching once in a while is probably what I think will work best.
So, I have recently started getting pain in my upper back, in between my shoulders. It hurts more when I use the computer. Is there anyway to heal it, while still being able to use the computer 4-5 hours a day?
