    I just tend to ignore it when people say that, they are going to believe what they want to believe regardless of what you say. There are some that will listen to me though and for those I tell them what I know.

    Does anyone know of any natural treatments to help get rid of cellulite? Ever since I have gotten older it seems I am getting more. I know I need to exercise more but the cellulite seems hard to get rid of.

    Waking up early

    If I can sleep in I do. I tend to want to workout in the evenings, it seems I have more energy then. I just started a new job that goes from 2pm -9pm though so I am going to have to find the time in the mornings.

    I think it is a lot better than getting to the point where you feel like roommates. I think it is important for a couple to have time to enjoy each other's company. I think you should make the effort to have a date night at least once a month.

    I would go ahead and go to the chiropractor and see what he has to say at least. The other doctor is probably going to tell you not to go because he doesn't want to lose a patient but chiropractors do help some people.

    Losing your hair and going bald are hereditary. The only thing you could do is that hair transplant procedure and I don't know how good it takes. Most of the men I know that are going bald shave their head as well.

    Silverveil is right, Black Cohash is pretty good at helping. I used to take Motrin at that time of the month, then at night I would sleep on a heating pad turned to low.

    What herbs are good to help improve your concentration? I have found as I am getting older I have times that I have trouble concentrating and my mind wanders off.

    I have made container candles in the past. I only used essential oils not herbs in mine. I really would like to make some beeswax or soy candles so I need to do some research.

    I use olive oil as a deep conditioner once a week. You work about a teaspoon of it through your hair then wrap a heated towel around it and let it sit for about five minutes then shampoo like you regularly do.

    I got a juicer not too long ago and I love it! I make a veggie combination drink out of celery, carrots, and tomatoes, it is similar to V8 but so much healthier without all the additives and preservatives.

    You can also find vitamin A in green, leafy veggies like broccoli and spinach. Another couple of good sources are two of my favorites, cantaloupe and sweet potatoes.

    I make peppermint bath salts and scrub salts to use in the mornings when I am more groggy than usual. They usually give me a quick pick up, enough to get started and hit the coffee pot anyway.

    That sounds good to me, however what kind of credit score do you need to get this? What is the percentage rate on things you charge to them? What kind of things can be charged?

    Are there any good herbs I can use to get rid of excess phlegm? My husband has sinus problems and always seems to have phlegm in his throat. What could I give him?
