Where do you usually get them?

If you purchase supplements, where do you usually get them? Do you get them from the grocery store, a supplements supplier, or maybe from a health food store?

I do my own research first, then I go to the nearest drug mart or health food store and check out the item. There's one drug mart in our area in which the staff are always willing to provide some information about the product one is interested in.

All the supplements I need I can get at Target. If I do need something additional I will order it online. I have only had to do that a couple times. I get a lot of things from friends too.

I get a lot of mine from Walmart or Kmart. Sometimes I go on line and order them but mostly the ones mentioned as I'm in them a good bit so it's easier to pick them up when I need them.
