The Herb Shoppe's allergy tea

I've been reading about a tea blend from The Herb Shoppe that's supposed to be an almost miraculous help for allergies. The article I read lists the ingredients as "nettle, red clover, fennel, spearmint, peppermint, eyebright, yerba santa, calendula, lemongrass, lavender and stevia", but it doesn't give proportions or an actual recipe. Does anyone know of a recipe for such a blend? I'd rather make my own than order it from The Herb Shoppe, plus I can't seem to find the website.

I did a little research and although I didn't find your recipe, I did find a great one for nettle leaf allergy tea . This is actually a youtube video that walks you through how to make the tea. Looks interesting and evidently works well according to this video.

Thanks, Primrose. I never thought of looking for a video. Nettle is one of the ingredients in the tea that I found, so perhaps it's the most powerful one that helps allergies. I'm going to follow those directions and give it a try.
