I saw an ad for pillows that have lavender inside them. I know lavender has soothing powers but I never thought about putting inside my pillow to help me sleep!
I used to sprinkle lavender oil on my pillow to help me sleep. I would just do that instead of buying one of those pillows, unless it's infused with other oils.
That might be a fun experiment to try but I wonder how my cats would react to it since they randomly get up on the bed. The last thing I want to deal with is lavender turning catnip like on my bed.
