I read a reply to an article on another site posted by a person who claims to be a registered dietitian. The poster encourages people not to use certain vegetable oils because they are highly refined. The oils are safflower, sunflower and cottonseed. The poster said that those oils are PRO-inflammatory. Oils that the poster recommends are UNREFINED olive, sesame. coconut. grapeseed, walnut, or avocado.

I don't know how accurate the information is, but I wanted to share it.
