Are there herbs we can use for hangovers? There are times when I drink a lot and I have a terrible hangover. I want to get rid of it quickly. What are the alternatives for the over-the-counter drugs?
I have heard of both Peppermint and Ginger but I have never used either myself. The first I know can be used in teas as that's what an old roommate used to do but the latter I am not too sure, maybe someone else knows?
