Drying Lavender

I have a bunch of Lavender plants that are booming and would like to dry them out but am unsure of just how to do it? They have the long narrow blooms at the end of the stems, not like big flowers or anything. Has anyone done this before with Lavender?

Well I would like to find out how to do this too because I have a bunch of these plants and would like to do something with them while they are blooming still.
