Cramps and vitamin B's

I read somewhere that cramps are caused by the lack of a type of vitamin B's. Is that true? I wonder if there is any valid research supports this claim.

Sources: Fruits, fish, liver, sweet potato, wheat, yeast, etc.
Diseases Caused by Lack of Vitamins: Insomnia, nausea, digestive disorders, muscle cramps, etc.

Vitamin B6
Sources: Beans, corn, rice, fish, liver, meat, yeast, etc.
Diseases Caused by Lack of Vitamins: Skin problems, muscle cramps, insomnia, etc.

also on another note, Cramps associated with menstrual cycle and menopause can be treated successfully by large doses of Vitamin E, B6 and B12.

Wow, thanks Nature for the information, that's all what I need. I love all the items except fish, meat and....liver? Are you sure we can take liver for our vitamin B's intake?
