I would think that any smell that you enjoy would be a great stress reliever. For me, it's cinnamon smells.
Any smell that might remind you of good times would do the trick.
Patchouli, lemon, and peppermint are a few others that may help you relax. I agree with smellsrfun though, anything that smells good and reminds you of good times would be good to help with stress.
I can see where that would be true. I love to smell of the lavender though. I do drink chamomile tea for it's calming effects just before bedtime. I find the warmth of the tea plus the chamomile together eases me off to sleep.
