    Energizing aroma!

    I was thinking--is there an aroma that I can use in the morning to help wake myself up? There's got to be something with an energizing scent. I use peppermint soap in the shower and that usually wakes me up, but I'd like something else to kick me into gear. :)

    Chapped lips

    No matter what kind of lip balm I use, my lips continue to be chapped and/or dry. What are some remedies for this? Is there some kind of oil that I can use to prevent this? It always gets this way during the colder months.

    Decorative soap

    Along with making soap, has anyone thought about making those decorative soaps with the items in the middle? I thought about using that for handsoap to place next to the sink. It seems like a neat idea--it's healthier for you to use, plus it also gives you something nice to look at. :)

    Has anyone tried tai chi? I am looking at it as an alternative for yoga. My friend goes to a class and she said that it's really relaxing. She compared it to a faster pace of yoga.

    Smell of blood?

    I apologize in advance--as this may be too much information. My period ended a week ago and I am still smelling blood everywhere. I do shower and clean every day, so I don't know where it could be coming from. Do you think that maybe it's a mental thing since my period ended?

    What motivates you?

    I got sick a few weeks ago and had virtually no energy. Ever since then, I've stopped running and exercising. Now that I've recovered from my illness, I don't feel particularly motivated to get my butt off of the couch. What motivates you guys to get yourself in gear? I need something to kick me up.

    Visits to the chiropractor

    How often do you go to the chiropractor? My friend goes every week to get her back popped. I don't know a lot about it, but it seems excessive to me. I'd like to go see a chiropractor, but I'm also afraid that it will end up back-firing on me.

    Stronger nails

    What can you take or do to develop stronger nails? My fingernails are kind of bendy and don't seem to be strong as they should be. Also, I have white flecks on my nails...is that due to a calcium deficiency?

    Ear popping

    For the last few weeks, my right ear has been popping. Before, I thought it was because I had been sick. But even after I got better, it still has continued to make popping noises. Any idea what this could be from? It doesn't hurt...it's just annoying.

    Itchy and dry eyes

    What can I do about dry eyes? I have allergies too, so I think that it may be something affecting me there. I don't get these symptoms enough, but when I do my eyes itch and itch and itch to the point where I feel like I've scratched my eyes out. Any suggestions? :)
