    Liquid fasting?

    My yoga teacher highly recommend this. During the fasting, you take nothing other than water or lemon water. If coconut water was available, you could take it as well. Interested to try?

    Meditation

    Yeah the bathtub is a good place to get yourself relaxed. Anyway, this discussion reminds me of a great yogi whose autobiography I read years ago. He can do meditation almost everywhere, including in the train or the busy market.

    Yoga and exercises

    My yoga teacher told me that yoga and another powerful exercise are complement to each other. Yoga cannot substitute powerful exercises and vice versa. So for improving and maintaining your health, you need to do both yoga and some other exercises.

    I know it's just me living in a cave, but I just knew that Coca-Cola used to contain cocaine in it (which was legal at that time) and was used as a medicine.

    Really? That's very interesting Patchouli. I grew up thinking that red is "girls' color" while blue is for boys. I cannot imagine a man using pink though.

    I can hardly bear the pain

    I agree with you about it leading to infection. But do they have to clean the wounds that way? Is there any natural treatment, undergoing which you don't need to get so much pain?

    I am OK with getting injured in a car or motorcycle accident, but I can hardly bear the pain when they start treating my wounds with all those burning antiseptics and the other stuff. Do you have to be taken to hospital if you get injured in an accident?

    Carbonation bad for you?

    Yeah I read that carbonated beverages are not good for your health. However, as odd as it sounds, when I was younger I used to drink coke to get rid of stomachache, and it used to work.

    Adult Time

    We are adult so it's good and healthy to have time for ourselves. Being with the children is wonderful but we need some time when we are not taking care of them.

    Meditation

    Having a separate room for meditation would be great but I think meditation can be done almost anywhere at home. You can do it in the bedroom, workroom or even in a corner of your living room if it's convenient for you.

    Do you realize that you naturally choose specific colours for your clothes, your home and the like? I read that colors we use benefit our health in certain ways.

    Valentine and pink?

    Valentine's Day is the day for celebrating love, and love is for everybody regardless of his/her sex, right? But why are Valentine's Day and love always associated with the color pink? I think pink is a bit feminine. :)

    Probiotics

    I don't take probiotics myself but my sister does, and she said it helped much with her recurrent stomachache. I agree with Muesli, the best probiotics are of the natural sources like yogurt.

    Hypnosis

    I have never tried it myself. I hear that getting hypnotized makes your mind weak because when hypnotized, you allow the hypnotist control your mind. But I think self hypnotism is fine.

    That's insane. I have never watched the programme myself though. But I guess the TV network keeps the patients anonymous? I mean, they keep their faces hidden, etc.

    Sun Salutation?

    A yoga practitioner usually do Sun Salutation during his yoga session. It combines some yoga postures in such a way that it stretches most of your muscles and exercises your entire body.

    I think not only men but women also are afraid of losing their hair. :) As for the herbs for regrowing hair, I hear that candle nut oil will help with it. I don't know what candle nut oil looks like though.

    Straightening your spine

    Interesting. I have never heard about this. Is it possible that it's because you would have to keep your spine straight when you are standing on one foot?

    I agree that it is what homeopathy is based on. But isn't it also what modern medical practice is based on? I think medicines are nothing but another form of poison.

    IF YOUR FOOD IS NOT KOSHER OR VEGAN DO NOT SIT HERE Yeah WH that's too much, they shouldn't have put the sign. Being a vegan is a choice. It maybe a healthier choice, but still it's a choice not a must. And, just because you are a vegan doesn't necessarily mean you are better than other people.
