Why would this herb garden kit be in the toy department?

I found a dome terrarium kit for herbs that I'm thinking of buying. It grows basil, dill, sage, cilantro and parsley from seed. It's a good price and doesn't seem to take up a lot of room. I don't understand why it would be in the toy department, though - any ideas?

A lot of times, kits like these and other science kits are geared towards kids. It helps get them interested in things like that on a small scale and teaches them skills for the future.

I think that was a good marketing strategy. People shopping in the toy section may not have even thought about this as a gift idea until they saw it on the shelf.
