Vitex

Has anyone here taken Vitex to regulate your hormones? How well did it work? I've considered taking it, but I didn't know if it was worth it.

I've never heard of it. If it helps, however, I'm sure my wife would be very interested in it. She is going through menopause right now and the hot flashes are driving her crazy.

I've never heard of it either. I would love to have something helpful to give to my wife to suggest to her friends who are also going through menopause. It can be a very uncomfortable time for women.
