Have you ever heard of the 'Melt Method'? I was at the bookstore a couple of days ago, and I saw this book with that title. With a lot of health and fitness guides and techniques out there, I wonder what makes this one different.
Dr. Oz recommended it, so that could be a good sign. He usually doesn't recommend stuff that doesn't have some scientific basis behind it. From what I've seen on YouTube, it uses a lot of yoga movements, and we know yoga is good for you.
