When I get really stressed out I start cleaning or organizing my house lol! I also have a punching bag that I kick and punch or sometimes even go for a ride with the radio blasting. If all else fails a bath with lavender in it helps too.
I do many things. They say the best stress relief if just laughter! I have a folder of unread jokes in my email account. When I'm overly stressed at work, I open it up and read several.
I also listen to rock music really loud and sing and dance.
I believe laughter will help much. The problem is when I get stress, it's difficult for me to laugh. I do yoga to relieve the stress. If you do yoga regularly and make it part of your daily routine, it will even keep you from getting stressed.
