Salt and soap

When I made my latest batch of soap I used salt. I have heard that it is a great exfoliant as long as you add it last so it is still grainy. So far it is working great.

I always add soap at trace to my batches and it is wonderful soap. I only add about 2 oz to a batch and always use sea salt.

I've never heard of this, but it sounds like a great idea!

When I had hives earlier this week, I made a scrub of baking soda and salt. My skin was so smooth and soft after using that for a few days.

I've heard of that too. I haven't tried it yet though.
