Rosemary Oil and Brain Function

I read somewhere that rosemary oil was great for cognitive brain functions. People inhaled the vapor from rosemary oil, but I was wondering if there were other ways to get these benefits?

How do you use the rosemary oil? Do you purchase it already made or do you make your own? I've never grown rosemary, but it sounds like it might be a good thing to experiment with. Rosemary's been around for thousands of years.

Yes always alternatives. Yes Rosemary E.O. can invigorate and cause focus along with peppermint. Peppermint tea is sedative. Peppermint E.O. is more stimulant. :)

Just maybe if we try this for a month, we may be able to tell the difference. I want to test that out because rosemary is a great herb and I also heard about the sage tea. I did buy some of that to try because I do want to remember more. I am beginnning to forget things and want to get in gear before I forget everything.
