I am wondering if you put actual leaves or sprigs in your soaps or do you just put plant extracts. I have seen some homemade soaps that have chunks of something inside, but never got a chance to ask what it was.
I've never seen soap with actual herbs or lavender in it. I can imagine I would like it. I will have to be on the lookout for it and remember that if I make some.
I have a friend who makes soaps and she puts crushed or ground herbs in hers. She makes one that I love. It has oatmeal and dried rose petals as well as rose essential oil in it. Mmmmmmm. Smells wonderful and feels wonderful too.
