Getting Started

Ok, that's it! I am now totally motivated, and have decided that in the months ahead I am going to try my hand and making soap! What would you recommend as some of the basic tools and ingredients needed to get started? Also, many people at work are allergic to EVERYTHING, so what would you recommend to start with a soap that won't trigger a sneeze attack at the office?
