I have started keeping a DVD with easy work-out exercises on it that I can do for five-minute segments throughout the day. It's an easy way to get a little more movement in my schedule. I can also do these during television commercials.
That is a good idea. Every little bit helps when you are looking to put more exercise in your day. They say that even small segments of exercise can add up in health benefits.
This is a good idea! Unfortunately, I don't have the self discipline to do something like this. If I don't stop by the gym on my way home from work, I'm done for the day. I applaud all of you that can keep an exercise routine going at home.
I don't know if I would do this either. I mean when I workout (no matter how light it is), I want to be in exercise clothes. If I was doing this throughout the day I wouldn't be in exercise clothes.
