I started out running by using the "Couch to 5K" program. After I completed it, I ran my first 5K! If any of you are interested in competing or just running, check it out! I am aiming doing a 10K in a few months and then, I'm hoping to do a half-marathon next year.
Hey, I used this program too! There are a couple of websites about it. I was pretty skeptical about it at first. It sounds like a really lazy program. LOL But it helps you ease into running.
where would one find that program? I would love to start running, I run a bit, like walk for 5 minutes and run for 1 minute and that sort of thing but I am having difficulty making it to a longer time.
