I saw these types of candles at a craft show today and I want to make them. I'm not sure how to though. They were not gel candles yet they were clear and then they had drops of color in them. Anyone see them? Know how to make them?
I am not sure, but maybe they made glycerin soap. I think that kind of soap is clear, if you do not add color to it. Maybe the crafter got the dots of color in it by using different colored soap dots? I am not really sure, what the whole process is.
