Beta Alanine

Has anyone heard of this amino acid and how it can help your body to recover more quickly from exercise? It drives Carnosine levels up in the muscles which in return battles with acidosis much better.

I am not familiar with beta alanine, but it does ring a bell. I ran a Google search, and it says that this amino acid improves physical performance as it increases stamina and facilitates the production of carnosine.

I haven't heard of this particular acid in general, but amino acids are healthy for you. This sub-group is probably the same. If it's FDA approved, it's probably good to go.

If you want your muscles to remain strong and maintain powerful contractions, they need to be in an optimal pH range. If they don’t and the pH drops below that optimal level, you have significantly less strength and fatigue more quickly.
You know this is happening when you feel that familiar burn in your muscles or even when you’re lifting heavy and reach muscular failure.
