Do you try to keep a strict bedtime at all? I try but I never seem to be able to get everything done early enough. I seem to be get less and less sleep every night.
We usually go to bed early, by 10 anyway. Sometimes it might be earlier or later. Just depends on how tired we are or if we have been out late. So I guess you could say we don't really have a set time.
We try to set a bedtime but it just seems to get away from us before we know it. It seems there is not enough time to do anything anymore. By the time we get home, get dinner and get cleaned up, we get to watch a few minutes of TV and then it seems like it's past bedtime before we know it.
We don't really have a set time to go to bed. Mostly when we are tired. Sometimes it may be late or it could be 8 o'clock! All just depends on the day but we aren't normally late night people.
We have a regular bedtime and try our best to keep it consistant. It makes me feel much better if I have a routine to keep to. I try about 9:30, to start getting things ready and then get in bed at around 10p.
It is so important to have a good bedtime! In fact, you actually get more benefit from sleep that happens before midnight. That's a good motivator to climb in bed early.
